Just Another Absentee Owner / Noise Polluter

It's now 8:40pm and my neighbour's two new AV Alarms are still going, continuously, with no break. It's Johal Farms on the corner of Mt. Lehman and Taylor Rd. The owner lives in Vancouver, the house is rented out, and I have no idea who the farmer is that takes care of the place, his phone # or where he lives.
