Sanity at City Hall

I would like to publically thank Abbotsford Council for its overwhelming support for the eventual elimination of propane cannons and other bird scare devices

Simon Gibson was the only councillor who remained silent on the issue, but it is obvious that the others can see the writing on the wall as this problem continues to spread, with more and more fields being planted in blueberries

I'm sure other municipalities will follow Abbotsford's lead and bring sanity back into the lives of their citizens.
